Education is important
Robert Allen, who has taught thousands, has written the “how do I make it work now that all the rules have changed?” book for 2009. It’s available on pre-release from Amazon and if you’re a student of real estate, I would highly recommend it. Robert and Mark Victor Hansen team up for some of the most informative and readable tomes available.
