ready. These are your best buys if you can qualify with cash
or hard money financing; most will not qualify for conventional
financing
Retail are company

Given the current market, most of our retail properties are priced
at significant savings to facilitate a quick sale. You can

Lease/Lease Option is a category for those
seeking housing. Our properties are all professionally managed
and we are adding new ones
constantly. Lease option available
properties are those which you can move in and own on an option,
allowing you to get in while the market is good, but still having
time to repair any credit issues which might prohibit you buying
outright immediately. Lease and Lease/option tenants are
subject to screening and are responsible for the fees associated
with that screening.
Listed properties are hand selected from the Northwest MLS. These are updated frequently as some exceptionally good values come on line.
